Tatiana Lisnic was born in Cobalea, Moldavia. After finishing the Music-School in Chisinau, she received her diploma at the Music-Academy “G. Dima” in Cluj, Romania. Tatiana Lisnic made her stage-debut in 1998 at the Opera House in Cluj as Nedda (“Pagliacci”), followed by Ilia (“Idomeneo). 

First with the Herbert von Karajan – Scholarship, then as a member of the ensemble, and starting as a permanent guest in 2003, she sung at the Vienna State Opera: Adina (“L’elisir d’amore”), Susanna (NP “Le nozze di Figaro”, with R. Muti), Lauretta (“Gianni Schicchi”) and Nanett’ (NP “Falstaff”, with F. Luisi). 

Under the baton of famous conductors, Tatiana Lisnic performed on the most important internationally known opera stages. These include: Scala di Milano, Ravenna Festival, Teatro Comunale di Firenze, Teatro la Fenice Venezia, Opéra National de Paris Bastille, Opéra National La Monnaie Bruxelles, Opéra National du Rhin Strasbourg, Opéra de Toulon, Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Oper Frankfurt, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Staatsoper Berlin, Hamburgische Staatsoper, Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia Valencia, Japan Opera Foundation Tokyo, Teatro de la Maestranza Sevilla, Angers Nantes Opéra, Aalto Theatre Essen, Teatro Bellini Catania, Seoul, Mikhailovsky Theatre St. Petersburg, Theatre St. Gallen, and San Diego Opera. 

Lisnic has appeared as protagonist in a wide variety of operas, including but not limited to Le nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni, La Traviata, Lucia Di Lammemoor, Carmen, La Bohème, Die Zauberflöte, and I Capuleti e i Montecchi, among others. 

Near her operatic appearances, she develops a rich concert activity in Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Japan, South Korea under the baton of R. Muti, J. Lopez-Cobos, M. Viotti, S. Ozawa, F.Luisi , D. Gatti , S. Yang among others. 

Her recordings include a CD with “Gianni Schicchi”/Lauretta para Naxos with A. Rahbari and a DVD with “Le nozze di Figaro”/Susanna for TDK with R. Muti and La Scala Orchestra and choir.
